Should your account become overdue, Billiard Imports Pty Ltd reserve the right to, without notice or appointment, enter any premises where any stock is held and remove them. Further to this the purchaser indemnifies Billiard Imports Pty Ltd or any of its selected representatives against any action, claim or demand arising from the company exercising its powers under this clause. All risk will be assumed by the purchaser at delivery, collection by either the customer or postal/courier service. Insurance is for the buyers risk and account. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure adequate insurance to cover all unpaid stock held on their premises.
The liability of Billiard Imports Pty Ltd for damage, loss, delay or non-delivery, cease upon release of goods to authorised third party carriers.
Visible damage or loss shall be noted on carriers delivery receipts. In the event of the damage/loss an immediate claim shall be made on the appropriate carrier or insurance company. No claims for incorrect supply against order or shortage against invoice, will be considered unless reported to this Billiard Imports Pty Ltd within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. Special Orders are not eligible for return or credit. Products not in original packaging, painted or not in re-saleable condition are not eligible for return of credit. NO RETURNS accepted after a period of 15 days from date of supply.
